I would use short BNC-F jumper cables (like six inches) for the dish, on the RV if the connectors are inside a compartment, same animal, if they are in the wall then you can replace the in-wall with the proper adapter (F-BNC)
Radio shack should have the adapters and/or cable ends.. I do have install instructions around here somewhere (i know exactly where) on paper.
