That tests for proper circuitry, it does not test for amp draw.
If you have a hard-wired EMS system it will not allow electricity into your MH breaker panel if the CG circuitry is incorrect, but it will permit low voltage into MH. To safeguard against low voltage, a Surge Guard is required: http://trci.net/products/surge-guard-rv
