Coleman Mach AC won't do anything - no fan, no ac

I have a Coleman 9330e715 in my popup. I used an adapter to plug into my garage and ran the AC for about 10 seconds then it tripped the breaker in the garage. I have since wired in a 30 amp 120v box...

Could you have flipped the hot and neutral wires when you added the 30amp circuit? Do you have one of these testers you can use to verify the wiring?
