The Commander QL270 is the main load center for your van. It should distribute power to the AC loads. It may also power an onboard converter that charges the batteries. It may have an automatic transfer switch so that a generator can be used. You'll have to do some research to see what functionality it has.
The Statpower Prowatt is an inverter. It inverts your 12v battery power to 120v AC. When the power cord from the QL270 is plugged into the receptacle on the Prowatt, you will be able to power the entire van with AC 120v. You probably won't be able to run any air conditioners, microwaves, or water heaters for any duration, or at all. If you want to run the air conditioner, the cord that is plugged into the inverter would be removed and the 30 amp cord for the QL270 would be used.
