Yeah. That's sorta like judging your speed by how much the radio antenna bends back.

My observation with a pre-charge plate conditioning is it allows for maybe a 5% increase in battery life all other things being equal.

A battery test lab requires lots of equipment and patience and fortitude when the power bill arrives.
