It's called "greening" in the trade. Getting the paste to cure to the grid. Trojan has their own substation to drop 62 Kv power to 480 for the plant. Greening is an artform as is preparing paste, getting it to the grid line and appying it. These three steps comprise 99% of potential failures warranty wise. A big greening room covers about 1/4 acre. Temperature around 90F and humidity around the same. Heating and vaporization is done in a far removed utlities room. One million BTU is not uncommon. Feedwater is run through diatomaceous earth then run through ion exchange.
