UPDATE: The electrician will be calling Surge Guard tomorrow. He tested the power going into and out of the Surge Guard... it read 124/125 just like the pedestal. He tested inside the rig inside the breaker box and again, it read 124/125. All the while the surge guard digital read-out says 129/130. He said all neutral connections are good and normal. So, he'd narrowed it down to maybe a communication problem or something between the Surge Guard unit and it's digital read out. We'll know more tomorrow and I'll give another update after he talks with the company to say what they say.
