Confusing Electrical Problem with my TRC Surge Guard

The problem in the "Surge Guard" would appear to be more then just a display issue because the processing unit must also be detecting the higher voltages and is making the decision that something is wrong and shuting down the feed.

So, from the original post, the unbalanced loads are being detected, albeit at appartently erroneous voltage levels. So, the unit is not completely out to lunch, just half way. :)
