UPDATE: The electrician will be calling Surge Guard tomorrow. He tested the power going into and out of the Surge Guard... it read 124/125 just like the pedestal. He tested inside the rig inside the breaker box and again, it read 124/125. All the while the surge guard digital read-out says 129/130. He said all neutral connections are good and normal. So, he'd narrowed it down to maybe a communication problem or something between the Surge Guard unit and it's digital read out. We'll know more tomorrow and I'll give another update after he talks with the company to say what they say.
Final Update: The mobile repair guy called the TRC Surge Guard company. He said they said that you need 115 constant voltage to recalibrate the digital read-out to the correct/actual voltage. He said he didn't have the equipment to achieve the constant 115 voltage. Since he couldn't help me, he didn't charge me for the probably 2+ hours he put into the job. I really appreciated that and was pleasantly surprised :) I then talked to a tech at a nearby CW. He was also a super nice and informative guy. He called the TRC company too and said he could try to recalibrate the system. I got to talking with him and he said to try and disconnect the surge guard's digital remote from the black box and put a bigger load on the system to see if power is cut. So I went back to RV.
I put on the electric water heater, then I turned on the coffee pot. This kind of load (20 amp) used to make the surge guard activate and cut power but not this time with the surge guard digital remote detached everything was fine. I then added 1 a/c unit on each line, all that equaled 43amps and still no problems.
So I figured that all I need to do is replace the digital remote. I then looked on TRC's website and noticed that the digital remote was "optional". So this remote causing all the problem is not even needed? (I already have a digital remote on the front of my coach that tells me the amount of volts running on each line so why do I need another?) I called the company and they said the remote is not mandatory and the surge protector does its job without it so I decided to just leave system as is with the remote disconnected.
I amazingly got away from this whole ordeal with no money spent thanks to a very nice mobile repair man and very nice CW tech. Big smiles all around for me :)
