Seeing you have had this problem at three different CGs and are still having the problem with the remote indicator disconnected.
Did the RV mobile tech check the connections at the surge guard, at the transfer switch, at the main ac panel?
If all connections are clean & tight........then that leaves the surge guard itself...which only has a one year warranty.
If you have to replace (surge protection with over/under voltage trips are good) should consider getting a Progressive Industries Model. Lifetime warranty.
