Continuous failure of TT wheel bearings - I am so ashamed...

Hello, have a problem that I need to ask for some input on. Bit wordy with a 4 year history to tell, but here we go. We have a 2012 Puma 31dbts trailer that we have camped in 4 summers now, love it!...

Check the axle for the manufacturer information. Normally on the right side near the end.
You could be installing the wrong bearings.
Yes, over-tightening could be an issue.
