Continuous failure of TT wheel bearings - I am so ashamed...

Hello, have a problem that I need to ask for some input on. Bit wordy with a 4 year history to tell, but here we go. We have a 2012 Puma 31dbts trailer that we have camped in 4 summers now, love it!...

Spindle may not be straight from whatever reason. The spindle may be machined wrong and the bearing may not be seating square due to projecting bit of metal etc or shoulder is not machined square.
You've changed brake drums.
Brakes are not dragging? Auto adjusters not working right on that side?
It is only happening to that one side, right?
