Continuous failure of TT wheel bearings - I am so ashamed...

Hello, have a problem that I need to ask for some input on. Bit wordy with a 4 year history to tell, but here we go. We have a 2012 Puma 31dbts trailer that we have camped in 4 summers now, love it!...

Have you gone back and checked the bearings that did not burn up if they still seemed adjusted right?
