convection oven not cooking
We have an Amana combination microwave convection oven in our class c, this is new to us, it seems to work but it takes forever & never seems to cook completely on convection.

Mine provides surprisingly accurate temperatures up to 375F; above that up to a 450F setting it never gets above 375F. Low power, little insulation, that's to be expected.
