I checked outlets - 0 volts! My thinking is 15 amp breaker is u/s, is there a thermal breaker in converter? The 15 and 30 amp breaker are siamesed together. Iwill hhave to replace both, but if the converter has a breaker that I am unfamiliar with than I may be changing a breaker for nothing? Or is the converter strictly for 12v and not a concern?
