In a way you can think of electric power as water. The voltage is equivalent to water pressure. The current, Amperes, is equivalent to water flow. The circuit breakers are something like splitting the water pipe into several smaller pipes. The pressure, voltage, remains the same but the flow is limited by the pipe size, breakers and smaller wire.
The only difference between 30A and 15A power is the amount of current available.
