Where are you.. I'm in the Detroit/Port huron/Flint area this summer and this kind of trouble shooting is .. Within my hands on skill set.
I'm sure others can do it as well
NOTE: When I say in the area.. I do not mean I'll be spending more than a few minutes in any of those cities.. .Just in the area. (Within 50 miles of)
