Converter starts/runs for a few seconds then stops
Is it because it’s cold here in the frozen Canadian climate? It’s a WFCO 55 amp.

This works with any battery spec, voltage adjustable, perfect for LFP.
60 amps is good for a 100AH LFP above 41F. From freezing to 41F you need a lower amp charger like 15 amps so use a regular car battery charger or whatever till the battery warms up.
