The 9200 line is a converter, PERIOD, that's all, it converts 120 volt to 12vdc and charges the battery Good 3 stage plus, in fact I have yet to find one better (And I have looked, and looked hard)
The other one is a combination converter and power center.. A whole lot more work to replace the existing power center. More money than you need to spend too.
Actually, the 4600 series is also just a converter, PERIOD, with the charge wizard built in. It is just made to fit the space that the Magnetek/Parallax 7300 series fits in so it is a direct drop in replacement.
The 4000 series and the 4500 series are the power centers.
