got 50amp service tonight decided to use electric heat plug in two heaters 200w and 900w oops plugged them into the inverter outlets NO.. did not trip the inverter or hurt it but the wfco was doi...

i did a quick check, they looked oK
i DO HAVE, the Orange/Amber Battery connection indicator LED 'on'
but NO output no GREEN power indicator, meaning the converter is connected to battery power, if the fuse were blown, that would not light up
manual says if power is available and Amber led is on, but there is no output
converter is malfunctioning, contact support
this is the 68100 model, deck mount 100amps
if i have to replace it, i'll probably get something different
and i will very likely have to replace it
