I have seen countless times voltage readings of 12.6 to 13.1 on batteries that had SG in the 1.1 range. And not watered. Specific gravity is absolute. Voltage can be deceptive to the point of being useless. Utterly abstract to be used for trending purposes only in conjunction with gravity.
