" I was at a Thousand Trails campground when somneone came in looking for a mobile RV tech to fix their Norcold..... Seems the red light on the little black box was lit.
I grabbed my big magnet and applied it to said box above the light... Job done."
That was all attempted and more ... all failed ... my neighbors are all very kind at Leisure Lake RV ... many tried to help ... we tried the magnet ... and long discussions were held ... it would have been nice if the magnet would have done the job but as it turned out, there was another problem ... a long cable attached to a screw tightening ring that was covered under insulation ... I don't know what it's called but it was something I didn't see my neighbors try ... it would have been nice if the magnet trick worked ... but in the absence of easy, the people at Norcold did what American's have done for American's since - - forever. I am blessed by meeting nice people. Going by the book didn't fix my refrigerator - neither did quick tricks - nice people helping us fixed my refrigerator, some from Michigan and another from Peoria and I'm very thankful they did.
