Countertop ice makers
I need to get a countertop ice maker soon. I got one from Sam's Club two years ago. It failed after 3 days. Could someone please tell me a descent ice maker. I'm happy to spend more if it's worth it. Thank you.

- i have a dometic from cw i bought about 7 years ago. no issues so far
- I've gone through three of them. I think one lasted two seasons. The other two made it through about one season. We made sure we never tipped it over, and repacked it in the original box and packaging when we traveled. Didn't matter.
In addition, even if you move the ice into your freezer after it drops from the ice maker, it still isn't very solid. No ore countertop ice makers for me. - This is the one I have. I love it. ice maker
- We've had good luck with Magic Chef but I think you'll find there's probably only a couple of manufacturers and most are re-brands of the same model from the same manufacturer. Like the VCRs were in the past.
We had one fail after about a year of use. We have one in the RV and one at home; these are nearly 10 years old.
