I can't say for sure, but based on the parts diagram in the manual available online for the generator, I don't think you'll be able to add an electric starter. The flywheel does not appear to have ring gear teeth, as is common in many small engines, so there's no way for the starter motor crank the engine. Maybe that's just a limitation of the detail in the drawing.
At any rate, the chance of any odd starter working without at least some fabrication of brackets etc. is pretty slim indeed.
