I would call Cummings Onan and give them all of your information. They have a 3 yr warranty but not sure what it covers at three yr. They will go into your files from your sir # and get the in service date and possibly help you. If not if you talk to a service technician they may give you the answer as to what is wrong with your unit. I had an issue with mine so i called the main office and spoke to the warranty department manager (Ellen) and she was very helpful. Hope this helps.
