The BMS is not a battery charger.
Do you have a battery charger that knows the SOC of your batteries?

I was asking about how the Smart BMS can monitor SOC when it has loaded voltages to work with. I know know it is not a charger :)
Instead of asking us goobers and not getting the exact answer to help you justify I told you so your getting ripped of by the sales pitch. Why not email the manufacturer you have a beef with and then come back and teach us your new findings on how they get their results.
We who own and use them seem content with being bamboozled.
