I only got the one 100AH SiO2 when the scenario was to use that for running the 65 amp loads when the TC was day running only to dog lessons.
Then DW moved the goal posts to want to stay a couple of days or so, which meant more AH needed , not such high discharge rates. So to get by I had to get $econd one without mixing battery types. So now we have two for 200AH and the big draw is still 65 amps.
I could have done this with two 100AGMs instead at half the price. :(
This is a lesson LFP guys should care about, depending on why they are wanting an LFP. To get enough AH you need two, which is big money. Meanwhile you might be able to do the job just as well with two AGMs now that you have 200AH, and don't want to do the 100% discharge trick on your one LFP.
Do the calculations and see. You might still want LFPs but maybe not. "It Depends" as always.
