What I don’t get about SiO2 is, if they are as good as suggested (per Chinese Army reports), and more ‘eco-green’ than conventional FLA (so likely a good profit center), why is it that seasoned firms like Trojan, Crown, Johnson Controls, Rolls Shurette, and other biggies have chosen to ignore this particular market??...SiO2’s are not new, and may be ideal at targeting certain applications (some industry, I donno??), but my guess is (like Sony’s Beta and video Laser platters of yore) they fit into a relatively narrow market sector....
But Beta trumped VHS, Maybe they just haven't been properly promoted??
