People have been living off-grid for years without LFP using appliances as though on shore power as long as they have lots of solar and an inverter. Nothing to do with their battery type.
IMO you guys are giving too much credit to your LFPs, when actually it is your solar that is making you happy.
There is no use measuring how you are doing living with the LFPs as away to compare them with other types of battery unless you also have measurements doing the same thing with the other types of battery.
It is not attractive to be smug about having LFPs while not having any measurements to show how Brand X could not also get the same job done.
