SiO2 claim is that you can go right down to zero for X (forget number) of cycles no harm. Also say you get more cycles if you don't go that low each time.
A brand of "regular" AGMs makes a similar claim about going down to zero
Scroll down a little to the blurb--300 cycles to zero. (same battery is also branded UPG 121000 )
