Daly BMS gone crazy..Update Opinions
I was charging my 120ah lifepo4 battery yesterday and came in for lunch and saw it shut down..I figured it hit the 3.65 volt cell limit and shut down,I went out to check it and saw this on the Blueto...

The total ah does not confuse me and I don't remember anyone mentioning the difference in cylindrical and prismatic before on a thread I was on..
In my continuous reading about lifepo4 since I just bought one,I noticed BB and what they said about there choice of cylindrical over prismatic and why...I did not know that there was much of a difference other than what is stated on there web site which I have not found anywhere else...
I read here more than I post to learn from those that have had lifepo4 much longer so I have a better idea how they work and why,so I can understand my expensive step into lithium batteries and how they work best....
I started this thread to see if anyone had an answer or idea why my Daly smart BMS did what it did and the R&D man from the company I bought from said it was a hardware failure,not BMS and an update was in the making but,I just got an email from him wanting my phone number to explain it..I looked on there web page and all the reference to smart Bluetooth BMS has been removed so I expect a live with it or lump it conversation..Hopefully not..
