Sorry to hear of the latest Bob zero, cold weather two game.
On the bright side--you had a 2nd propane bottle to make the switch!
Fridge on electric draws 325 watts. It will take at least six hours for it to cycle like as not. Leave the bottom louver open.
I hate heating devices that "help" by doing auto shut off.
For the chicken--stop and get some swiss chalet sauce and fries! It makes a great meal with home cooked chicken.
