Since you are a capable workman, DIY becomes possible. Therefore the cost of solar is under $2.00 per watt.
I'd get about six or eight freeze packs--put four outside to freeze, and four inside that drawer to cool--exchange them daily.
Sunday it is to be above freeing here.
