One idea for the short term, since there is no shortage of cold up there. Just use the fridge as a cooler. Take some plastic milk jugs or similar and put them outside to freeze. When frozen put half the frozen jugs in the fridge and alternate as they thaw in the fridge. Maybe the fridge will thaw by July ..... or so.
