I think you're on the right track if you get a Danfoss. I guy I know on another forum bought a Truckfridge along with 100W solar. He is not having any trouble staying powered up. The fridge is drawing something like 35-40 amps per day, depending. He traveled from MI to FL and is now in NM, and says that his battery is fully replenished by noon under the desert sun. PNW clouds will substantially reduce your harvest, but I would say go for it. If you find that you're a bit shy of where you want to be, one more panel should fix you up for sure.
