Dead Battery while on 120v

OK electrical experts, need some help brain-storming this issue.
We are fulltiming in our 5'er. As of this morning, my battery is dead. The reason I knew, is because the outdoor Entry sensor light was flashing red.
We're on shore power, but cannot figure out what's going on. Had to rush off to work this morning so I haven't had time to do much, other than, check to see if the battery disconnect is still turned on. It was! Couldn't be a bad battery, the darn thing is only 1 year old. I've been plugged into shore power constantly for 5 months.
Could it be the inverter?, or a fuse issue somewhere? I'm perplexed.

Just one thing to add:
My furnace had a problem on Sunday (2) days ago. The blower motor stopped working. I took the cover pannel off the exterior wall of the coach to take a look inside, saw an (on/off) switch. Since I knew I had a problem with the motor, i just turned that switch "Off". Surely that didn't disconnect DC to entire coach?
Looking for suggestions to try before I reach in my wallet.
Thanks!!!!

Just enough description of symptoms to qualify ten thousand possible guesses.

    Get volt meter in hand

    Check battery voltage
On face of CONverter check battery voltage at positive and negative studs.

But you can check to see is CONverter breaker has tripped. Cycle it on and off few times then grab a hand held meter. When you post your battery and working converter voltage more will become known to the troubleshooters on this forum/.

Thanks! is the converter, typically located behind the removable wall in the basement? near the other utilities, (WH / Funance / Etc)

Mine is under the fuse panel which is below the oven.
And you could use a battery charger until you get it figured out and fixed.
  • The easiest track down follows power cables from the house battery. They'll lead right to the converter no matter how far you have to slither under your rig to find them. Battery charging usually is quite near the DC power fuses.
