The towing fuses are there and working. I got the truck used and it has a second battery. I don't know anything about the setup other than the last owner mentioned something about it being for his camper. I assumed so that being hooked up to your truck doesn't ever kill the starting battery then it charges as you drive. But I just checked that battery and with the vehicle running it's showing 3.9 volt so obviously dead but again i assume that should read full volts because the truck is running. So I checked the power on the truck trailer plug and it was 3.5 volts so not far off of what that dead battery read. So is that secondary battery causing no power to the trailer plug? And why wouldn't it have full power when running?
