My first question would be how many miles on the 2011 Artic Fox? Are you putting 10,000 miles a year on the brakes/bearings versus 1,000 miles a year.
I had a TT for 6 years and put 7,500 running miles on it. There is no way I can imagine needing break pads or having wheels turn after 7,500 miles.
