Thank you all for the excellent information. I appreciate you taking the time to share your experiences. I will investigate the generator, DC-DC charger, solar, recondition, disconnect suggestions.
The lesson seems to be that AGMs are viable with an improved charging routine.
After rereading my original post, I should expand on a few points...
The refrigerators cycle on/off, drawing 2.5 amps only when their motors run. They are powered form the alternator while driving. I often use just one and sometimes shut it down at night. They seem to be quite efficient.
A Victron battery monitor shows battery voltage very close to that reported on the chassis OBDII. I check both frequently while driving. The battery monitor shows amperage staying in the 0.00 to 0.25 range after a few hours on long drives.
My use of the term "daily driver" is probably misleading. The RV does see a fair bit of around town use, but not everyday and not for a lengthy commute.
