Considering that Canada has so much Water available why is it that Distilled Water is $3.00 a Gallon in Walmart here and only A Buck in Bone Dry Arizona?
Same goes for Drinking Water..It is way more expensive here in BC than in Arizona or Mexico!
As to which is best in Batteries Either Distilled or Deionized work equally well! get whichever is available .
Your socialized Government and healthcare system. There is no such thing as a free lunch. Everyone pays for it in the form of higher prices.
Or shop somewhere else. 1.37 a gallon where we are. Sure, let's blame it on healthcare. ROTFLMAO
walmart, about a buck. where does the extra $2.00 go in Canada?

Couldn't tell you. But where we are in Canada it's 1.37. I would say somebody is making a tidy profit. More power to them. I see it everywhere from about 1.09 to 2.49 per 4 litres. I haven't seen the deionized stuff but then again I haven't been looking.
On edit. Angela says we paid 1.67 for four litres of demineralized water at Walmart last week on the way to Van. The distilled was the same price on the shelf beside it. So yah, it appears walmart is pricier than some of the others out there.
