I wired them in three banks like this:

The main load is a Xantrex Freedom SW 3012, but there is also a Novakool under-counter refrigerator along with a ton of LED lighting. 800 watts of solar on the roof.
The Xantrex is regularly run at or near full capacity.
I don't have anything against Deka- the two distributors i use both have good prices on Full River and Rolls Surette, and they have given seriously good performance. The only Deka batteries I have run in to are not the top of the line models.
