Dicor 501 LSW On TPO Roof

I want to reseal my tpo roof, as I went online to purchase dicor, although camping world says it is for tpo roofs, it clearly states on the tube, may not be suitable for for some tpo roofs. Is this the right stuff?

  • Yeah, but im talking about resealing the seams, everywhere its been caulked before. The roof is 12 yrs old and still looks beautiful, apparently the PO paid someone to detail and caulk before I got it, so the silicone they used is just peeling off in strips, sure is easy to remove.Lol. Ive been using Loctite PL white polyurethane tseal a lot of the seams on the sides and it seems to be working beautifully. I think im gonna try sealing the edge of the roof where it meets the moulding and see how it sticks, says it will stick to vinyl, I know dicor works great on epdm.
  • I had the same question so I called the manufacture and they stated that to clean the roof with Dawn or Murphy's Oil soap, no treatment required or recommended!!!! T-10
  • my dealer also keeps trying to sell me dicor but the owner's manual says to use a urethane based sealant. don't know which TPO they have in mind as it being not compatible however.
