Dicor on top of "factory grey sealant"
Went topside to check and calk as needed, and noticed last year's Dicor sealant over the top of the factory "grey colored" sealant around all openings lifted off with little to no effort. Last year...

The problem might have been you should have allowed it to dry overnight prior to applying the second coat. Might have built a thin layer of nasty between the two Dicor's that let loose of the top coat.
