I don't really care but I do find it odd that Honda publishes the same Db levels from different distances...wonder what the real level is and how does it differ from their direct competition (Yammy) and the newer Chinese inverter genny's that have to be taking wallet share from both the blue and red ones.
And to further confuse the issue Honda Canada says noise measurements are made at
"1.5 metres to 7 metres" ... whatever that means. :h
Sure would help if we got some clarity on the subject from
robert_at_honda and his Honda engineer colleagues in Japan.
