Well folks,
Ray got lots of good answers, but Mark's may not be one of them.
What we don't know is what 2 lights means and what Ray has for a converter charger.
If 2 lights mean 20% capacity remains, then, yes, the overall capacity of the bank has Probably been diminished by some. If 2 lights means 2 volts, then the bank's capacity may have been reduced by a lot. But until Ray tries to cycle the bank with a known or at least familiar load, he won't know.
If his converter charger is a smart multi-stage with a burp (de-stratify) step, he may recover most of the capacity.
As it must have been discharged very slowly, and it is about new, it will probably recover. That is my bet.
This is the sort of thing that I did on expensive boats before the depression, so, I have instruments that can tell me what shape Ray's battery is in. Unfortunately, I am not in striking range.
