Dimmer switch or cover for bright bedroom light?

Does anyone have an easy solution for the light over the bed in my 5th wheel being as bright as search light? The things I find online for dimmers look like switch replacements but the light in quest...

Some LEDs are dimmable. Others are not. Consider wrapping non-dimmable LEDs with light cloth. Heat is the easy way to determine if it’s LED or not. My 2015 Winnie came with two incandescent...outside and stove...all the rest were LEDs. Both were changed to LED. Easy mod.
