Dimmer switch or cover for bright bedroom light?

Does anyone have an easy solution for the light over the bed in my 5th wheel being as bright as search light? The things I find online for dimmers look like switch replacements but the light in quest...

The Armacost dimmer I mentioned is 12 volt. If the LEDs in the fixture do not have a voltage regulator, the dimmer should work. Both the dimmer and remote can be surface mounted. The remote is battery operated and needs no wiring. If the fixture can not be dimmed, Home Depot sells Armacost 12 volt lights that can be dimmed. If it doesn't work, return it to Home Depot.
