We just got an update a bit more than a week ago. So far this update seems to have finally resolved maybe 90% of the problems. Took ATT nearly a year to fix the issues. If it wasnt for about 6 channels that Dish does not offer we would have been gone a long time ago. Last tech alao gave us the later HR55 receiver which seems to have also helped.
BTW we were experiencing freeze ups probably 6 time a day with the HR44 receiver. Switched to the HR54 like I said cured that issue. I believe your problem is the receiver. Get it replaced.
