I doubt it makes engineering or economic sense since a solar charger and an AC charger are two completely different animals. One is regulating anywhere from 17-~36vdc, and the other is working at 120vac.
After that, look at the market. How many are you going to sell, and what current rating are you selling? Solar and shore charger sizes are all over the map, depending on your panel capacity and shore charge needs. A one-size-fits-all could get really expensive, and big.
