I would imagine most RV converter/chargers are designed to handle unexpected generator shutdowns. My cheap WFCO 30amp that came with my coach saw many of them without issue.
My Magnum 3000 has a low voltage cutout setting that can be adjusted, currently set to 100v. When I hit the off switch on the gen it flips without anything noticing while the gen continues to wind down.
